Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Belgrave Arms Hotel takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Hotel Terms & Conditions
Whilst we hope your stay is a pleasant experience without any disturbances we do have some general terms and conditions with regards to your booking and your stay at our hotel. Please ensure you read through the follow and be sure to let us know if you have any questions.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking.
Cancellations must be notified in writing by post, email or a phone call, and will only be effective when it is received 72 hours prior to the arrival date, anything after this there will be no refund due.
Cancellations in excess of 72 hours before the arrival date will receive a full refund minus the cost of the deposit.
Guests are responsible for leaving the room in the condition they were when they checked in. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we do ask that you inform us of any so we can organise a replacement, failure to notify us of this could result in a £100.00 bill. We may send you an invoice for repair if the damages/breakages are significant.
The lead guest named on the booking will be held responsible & liable for any:
Breakages/damages or irreversible stains to the room.
Breakages/damages/irreversible stains or loss for any of the the amenities provided.
If we are not notified of any of the above points we may make an additional charge of £100.00
If you lose or do not return the keys/fobs provided to you we will make an additional charge of £60.00
The Belgrave Arms Hotel has a strict no smoking policy and we kindly ask you respect this, anyone found in breach of this policy will incur a charge of £100.00 to cover the cost of extra cleaning.
We reserve the right to add these charges to a guests account after the departure, and debit these amounts from the payment card/account of the named lead guest, unless another payment method is provided.
In addition to the above, if you breach this policy we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately. This will result in no refund given for the duration of the stay.
If you are found to be causing a disturbance or a nuisance to other guests, or are engaging in unacceptable behaviour, we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately. This will result in no refund given for the duration of the stay.
We do have free parking available on site for guests, but we do not accept any liability for:
Loss or injury
To any member of your party or vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by negligence by ourselves, our employees or contractors whilst acting in our employment.
