HOtel Policy

Here at the Belgrave we want to make sure that everyone's stay is as enjoyable as possible. In order to do that we ask that you help us by keeping to the below:

We ask noise levels are kept to a minimum especially after 11pm with regards to TVs, raised voices, music, door slamming etc.

Pets are allowed on request and at no extra charges so if you would like to bring your furry friend please give us a call/ or email. - please refer to our terms and conditions in case of damage caused

 
 

Checking in & out

Our general times are below, if your require early or late check in/out please make sure to contact us and if it is possible to accommodate then we will en-devour to do so.

Check in times: 16:00 - 21:30

Check out times: 07:30 - 10:30

 
 

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be notified in writing by post, email or a phone call, and will only be effective when it is received 72 hours prior to the arrival date, anything after this there will be no refund due.

Cancellations in excess of 72 hours before the arrival date will receive a full refund minus the cost of the deposit.
